A Christian song by Hillsong. The lyrics are taken from the Apostles' Creed, which is a statement of Christian belief based on the theological understanding of the Gospel. In 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Paul reminds the church of Corinth of this saving Gospel - That Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rised on the third day, appearing to many.In this new year, it would be prudent to remind ourselves of what and who we believe in. The Gospel is about how God has offered salvation to sinful man through His Son Jesus Christ, who died for our sins that we may be redeemed to Himself, if only we'd believe. It is about how we now have a righteousness that is not our own, which justifies us before God the Father. It is about how we have been given the Holy Spirit to live as Christians who glorify God in all that we do. Indeed, we believe in the name of Jesus!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I am a vocalist and am leading worship for my small group at the moment. I wouldn't call myself a guitar player exactly, but I've been in the music 'business' all my life so I atleast want to give it my best effort (accompanying myself) to honor God (and my ears lol, which are used to working with people who play great!).
