Great Is The Lord

A Christian song by Steve McEwan. The lyrics speak of the greatness of our God and how we should ascribe all glory and praise to Him, for He has given us victory over the Enemy through Jesus, and has done a mighty work in our lives in saving us and sanctifying us.

Indeed our God is great and we should respond in thankfulness for all that He has done. In Titus 3:4-7, Paul in his letter to Titus tells him to remind the church of how we were saved - That while we were in our sin, Jesus saved us not because of our righteousness, but because of His mercy. And He has given us the Holy Spirit to cleanse, renew and justify us, so that we may have eternal life in Him. And so we lift His name on high and thank Him for all the works He's done in our lives. For He alone is God eternal, throughout earth and heaven above!
