What A Friend I've Found

A Christian song by Delirious. The lyrics speak of what a friend we have in Jesus, who is closer and more intimate than a brother, and more faithful than a mother who cares for her own child. Proverbs 18:24 has a wise saying of finding a reliable friend who sticks closer than a brother. And the most reliable Friend is Jesus, who has called us His friends, and has laid down His life for us (John 15:13-14).

Thank You Jesus that we have found such a Friend in You. You are our forever Friend, and we treasure this friendship that You have initiated and sustained through Your precious sacrifice for us.
