God Will Make A Way

God Will Make A WayA worship song by Don Moen. In 1 Corinthians 10:1-13, Paul writes to the Corinthians about learning from their forefathers' history. The Israelites' exodus from slavery in Egypt was recorded so that we might learn from their past mistakes, and as warnings to not follow in their footsteps (1 Corinthians 10:6, 11). They performed many evil things in God's sight and received their just punishment.

Likewise, the lesson for us today is that if we think we are standing firm, let us be wary that we do not fall like the Israelites did (1 Corinthians 10:12), who while received God's favour in their freedom from slavery, still chose to disobey Him. And this is the encouragement that Paul gives - that such temptations to rebel against God has been around since our forefathers' times. But God is faithful in providing us a way out. He will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear! (1 Corinthians 10:13). God will make a way, when there seems to be no way. He works in ways we cannot see, He will make a way for me. Thank you God!

Hi Graham and Daniel, thank you so much for helping me to learn worship songs through your blogsite. May our Lord Jesus continue to bless and sustain you. By the way, I like the way you presented the lyrics in "Give me Words to Speak", it's very detailed. Please consider to make guitar videos for the songs: Humble King by Brenton Brown and Hideaway by Brett Williams. Please tell also your mom that she is so bless to have you as her sons. God bless you bro!
