I Worship You Almighty God

A simple worship song by Sondra Corbett. In Psalm 86, king David prays for God's protection from his enemies, and praises God for His great love towards him. He declares that there is no other god before Him and that all nations will worship and bring glory to His name, for He is great, and He alone is God (Psalm 86:8-10).

Indeed our God is a great God, and He deserves all our worship and praise - He is our righteousness (1 Corinthians 1:30), and He provides the only way for us to God (John 14:6). And it is because of God's great love and by grace that we have been saved through faith in His Son, Jesus (Ephesians 2:8). How wonderful is that? There's no higher call than to worship You, for You alone are God!
