Jesus You Are

Jesus You Are (Album Version)A worship song by Paul Baloche. In Paul's letter to the church in Philippi, he is thankful and joyful in his prayers over the Philippian saints because of how they've partnered him in sharing the gospel to others. And his confidence in their continued partnership for the gospel lies not in their efforts or passion, but in God's continual sustenance that He who began in a good work in them, will carry it on to completion until Christ shall return again (Philippians 1:3-6).

Indeed in our gospel efforts, we should place our confidence in God and not ourselves, because He will sustain us and finish the good work He has started in us - both in our own salvation (from the power and presence of sin) and in our gospel efforts (the continued holy passion for others to come to salvation though Christ). Jesus is our hope that cannot be seen, who willingly gave His life for us. Believe!

Is the D chord you are playing on this song (0340xx) right? It sounds odd when I play it.

Thanks so much!

Hey there, that's what Daniel played, so I tabbed it out. Actually if you want to play a normal D (0320xx), that's fine too :)
